How much is a subscription?
We currently provide two subscription plans:Free Plan: Offers limited functionality.
Bea Premium Plan: $2.99/month grants full access to all of Bea's capabilities. Remember that Bea is still new, and she will have many more upgrades and features to come!
Bea Premium subscribers have access to the following:
Bea's comprehensive meditation library, including any future additions.
Unlimited daily chat sessions with Bea
Unlimited guided activities
No upgrade interruptions
I would like a refund after purchasing a subscription. What can I do?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, we don't have access to Apple App Store's subscription or billing details to process cancellations or refunds directly.Apple App Store operates a separate system for billing and payment information. Please contact the Apple App Store customer care department to assist with your account status and arrange a refund. You can contact them through their support website: Apple Support or by calling their support number in your region.
In the meantime, please follow the steps outlined above to cancel your subscription or ensure it is canceled via your Apple device.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter with Apple.

How can I reset the password on my account?
If you signed up using your email and password, reset the password on the mobile app and follow these steps:On Bea’s sign-in screen, locate and tap on "Forgot Password" below the sign-in fields.
You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your email inbox for a password reset link or instructions. The email may take a few minutes to arrive, so please be patient. If you don't receive the email, ensure it hasn't landed in your spam or junk folder.
Once you receive the password reset email, follow the instructions provided. This typically involves clicking on the password reset link within the email or following the specified steps to reset your password.
Are you still having trouble updating your password? You may have created a Bea Better Eating account using third-party login credentials, such as Apple Sign-In or Google.
If you encounter any difficulties during the password reset process, please feel free to email help@beabettereating.com.
How do I delete my account?
You’ll need to sign into your account using Bea’s mobile app.Tap the Bea logo on the upper right corner and tap on your email under “Manage Profile.” You will then need to select the option DELETE ACCOUNT.
Please note that deleting your account will also delete all associated data.
Why can’t I access all the meditations and activities?
You may be subscribed to Bea's Free plan, which offers limited access to our full range of meditations and activities. To verify your membership status, follow these steps:Open the Bea Better Eating App.
Tap the Bea logo in the upper right corner.
Select "Subscriptions".
Check to see if you are a Bea Premium subscriber.
If you're not currently a Bea Premium subscriber, consider upgrading to access the full range of experiences Bea has to offer. By upgrading, you'll no longer encounter limitations.

Using Bea is easy! Just type and she will automatically respond. If she stops responding, you may have a poor internet connection and need to wait to continue chatting until you are at a place with a better connection.How do I complete the three guided activities?

The more, the better! Chatting with Bea regularly will continue to change your mindset, which will in turn change your mentality around food more rapidly. We recommend chatting with her and completing all three activities at least once per day.Is Bea Better Eating suitable for individuals with eating disorders or specific medical conditions?

The most common reason Bea is responding slowly is a poor internet or cellular connection. She may also be slow when we are updating her software. Please be patient and try again when you have a strong connection. If the issue persists, it could be due to ongoing software updates, and you should try again in an hour.Another potential reason is that OpenAI's servers may be overwhelmed by a high volume of users. In this case, please be patient and try again in an hour.
How can I download the app?
The Bea Better Eating app is currently available on Apple (iPhone) and will soon be available on the Google Play Store.How do I reinstall my app?

Does Bea save my chat transcripts?
We save your chat history so that in later versions we will be able to show you where progress has occurred through your user dashboard. However, this data is stored securely in Azure with a BAA to protect all PHI and privacy. The chats are not viewable by the Bea team nor are they shared with outside advertisers.What legal jurisdiction is it stored in?
All data is stored and processed in the United States.
Will my Bea Better Eating activity and information be private?
Absolutely.
